Case Notes’ clinical functionality includes:

  • Smart Forms for clinical data input and review – including clinical noting, assessment, referral and discharge
  • Care Planning to direct and monitor all healthcare needs, actions and responsibilities
  • Integrated Care Pathways to define a predetermined route or pathway for a patient’s care or treatment
  • Order Communications, providing a quick and efficient way to order tests and requests
  • In-tray, enabling physicians to push information for the attention of other Case Notes’ users and share information within and across care organizations in a secure, auditable environment
  • Radiology, Labs Results Reporting and Graphing to produce and print requisite patient reports for Laboratory Test Results
  • Patient Registration to input the demographics of a patient for full or temporary patient registration
  • Merge, Unmerge and Delete to enable users to consolidate records in the Case Notes database, in situations where multiple records have been created for the same patient
