Dr. Steve Arnold is Chief Medical Officer of CSW North America Inc. and President and CEO of Healthcare Consultants International.  He has more than 17 years of senior level healthcare experience and is a recognized consultant to the healthcare industry for the implementation of EHR systems and development of Integrated Delivery Systems.

Dr. Arnold established one of the first demonstration projects for EHR implementation in a Health Plan.  He is a senior member of the HIMSS Enterprise Information Steering and Ambulatory EHR Committees and currently chairs both the Global EHR and Wireless Task Force Committees.  Dr Arnold is also a member of the HIMSS Katrina Phoenix Advisory Board and co-chaired the CCHIT "Certification Process" and "Test Plan" Work Groups from 2005-2006.  Dr. Arnold has authored several articles and books on EHR Implementation and is a frequent speaker for local and national EHR Programs.  He has also recently been honored with the Spirit of HIMSS Award and the HIMSS Leadership Award.

Jake Nadler is Chief Marketing Officer of CSW North America Inc. During the five years prior to this he worked as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Business Development for Intrasphere Technologies, a systems integrator serving the Life Sciences industry. 

Previously he has held positions as Vice President of Marketing for DJR Associates and Vice President of Marketing for LAN Systems Inc. growing successful product and systems integration divisions.  Jake also founded Blackbook Software, a publisher of client relationship management applications for private equity managers.

Tony Stewart is Chief Operating Officer of CSW North America Inc. Since 2002 he has also held the position of Director of Consulting at RivCom, a CSW subsidiary that provides knowledge management services for news and media organizations. He also chairs the Technical Working Group that created AdsML 1.0, one of the international standards that are transforming the news and media industry.

Tony has over 15 years' experience helping organisations improve their business processes, on both sides of the client/consultant fence. Prior to joining CSW, Tony was Vice President for Software Development at Riverside Software and Director of Internal Systems Development at GoAmerica Communications.
